We will only use the information you provide us to communicate with you & process your order to the best of our abilities. All orders are processed via a secure link thru or PayPal; we cannot view or store your credit card or personal information. We do NOT send any email blasts or spam, there is no mailing list you will be asked to join nor are customers required to create an account for orders.

Orders: All orders are processed upon receipt. We ship same or next business day via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some orders may drop ship directly from the manufacturer while others are shipped direct from our Arizona Shop. We send tracking information via email. If there is any delay on an order such special order we will advise for your choice of waiting for or canceling your order for full refund. We process your payment thru or PayPal depending upon your choice. We do not see your private information nor can we access your payment method for future orders (you can save your name & address) so you will be asked for payment info at each purchase. We can process your order manually if desired when you call us by phone during our business hours posted above.

Service Work: All service work is done in house by Matthew with the exception of some special services such as Hard Anodizing, Powder coating, Special Machining, etc. All service work is guaranteed, if it is not right we will fix it! Ship your components to the address above. All service work is pre quoted on request then re-quoted if required after receipt & inspection of the components directly to the customer. All quotes are provided prior to work requested beyond inspection. Components are carefully packed & return shipped via insured service (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We are not responsible for losses greater than shipping insurance. All these years & we haven’t lost one yet! Payment is required upon authorization of service. Typical shop turnaround is 10 days shop time plus shipping time.
