Most of our items originate Internationally from Japan, Sweden, etc.
As such due to the rapidly changing value of the dollar & the fact our vendors
do not always advise us of price changes we cannot guarantee pricing.
If pricing has changed from your purchase price you will have the option to cancel the order
for a full refund if you are unwilling to pay the price difference.
Component Service (Brakes, Carbs, Suspensions, etc.) Rebuilds are Guaranteed for
the work done to that component however we are not responsible of other problems
with the motorcycle & cannot refund service work. We will however re-do any work as needed.
Please contact us within 30 days if there are any problems so we may make good for you.
Please download the Service Request form to fill out & include with your components shipped
to us for service. We will provide a comprehensive quote & turnaround time after inspection
prior to service being performed. All estimates are good to within 10% of quote provided upon inspection.
Please review the standard labor prices posted. Typical turnaround time is 10 days.
We may use ‘Flat’ shipping rates or weight based shipping depending upon the parcel.
We ship via USPS Priority for all International shipments. Domestic shipments are via FedEx,
UPS or USPS. Some domestic orders may be drop shipped via UPS from K&L Supply Company.
Worldwide shipping is available. Returned goods must be in new & unused condition
in the original packaging. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately &
documented for claims against the shipper. We are not responsible for claims beyond the insured amount.
We will assist & support you with submitting any shipping insurance claims.
International Taxes, Customs Duties, Fees, etc.:
Any fees imposed by the purchaser’s home Country Government are the full responsibility
of the Customer/Buyer. Moto-Services.net does not pay these fees nor will be responsible
for any importation costs levied by your home country; these costs if imposed are the
sole responsibility of the Buyer. We cannot ship any item as ‘Gift’ however we will declare
a low value as a courtesy anytime possible.
All returns must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee,
buyer is responsible for return shipping. No returns on electrical products!
Items damaged during shipping must be immediately documented with pictures of the damaged box &
merchandise in order to submit insurance claims.
We are pleased to extend the manufactures warranty, please contact the product manufacturer
directly with warranty concerns, we can provide manufacturer contact information upon request
to assist you
