Moto-Services.net Policies:
Excellent customer service is our goal, we will respond to you as quickly as we can, generally within 24 hours.
We will often drop ship your items when possible for quickest delivery time. Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days
from purchase; International orders may take longer to process. Many items drop ship from our California warehouse,
Ohlins orders from the East Coast warehouse and of course we have many items in stock. We ship World Wide.
Please be aware that delivery is subject to product availability: items may on occasion be delayed or unavailable.
We regret this inconvenience if it should occur; we do have a 95%+ fill rate.
In the event of a back order or discontinued item we will contact you, please make sure to provide a phone number with your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice: Most of our items originate Internationally from Japan, Sweden, etc. As such due to the
rapidly changing value of the dollar & the fact our vendors do not always advise us of price changes we cannot guarantee pricing.
If pricing has changed form your purchase price you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund if you are unwilling
to pay the price difference.
Labor Services:
Component Service, Rebuilds, etc. are Guaranteed for the work done to that component however we
are not responsible of other problems with the motorcycle & cannot refund service work. We will however re-do any
work as needed. Please contact us within 30 days if there are any problems.
Shipping:
We may use ‘Flat’ shipping rates or weight based shipping charges. We ship via USPS Priority for all International shipments.
Domestic drop ships are via UPS or USPS. World wide shipping is available! Returned goods must be in new condition in
the original packaging. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately & documented for claims against the
shipper UPS or USPS.
All returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee, buyer is
responsible for return shipping. No returns on electrical components! Items damaged in
shipping must be documented with pictures of the damaged box & merchandise.
We are pleased to extend the manufactures warranty, please contact the product manufacturer directly with warranty concerns,
