Carburetor Overhaul & Rebuild Service (off bike) when you ship in your carbs
Complete disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of Carburetor and components. Remove and replace all Jets, Sealing Washers, O-Rings, etc. Polish chrome slides and reassemble with K&L Rebuild Kits. Jetting adjustments are available upon request. Carbs will look & work like new, be preset & ready to install. We can restore carbs in almost any condition!
Fork Re-Build & Service (off bike) When you ship in your Forks
Complete disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of forks and internals. Remove and replace fork seals, Bushings, Sealing Washers, O-Rings, etc. Polish chrome tubes and reassemble with Synthetic Fork Oil. Upgraded Fork Springs, Gold Valves, Lowering are available upon request
Why we do it: Proper operation of your forks depends on proper clearances and clean oil. Contaminated oil increases wear on the forks and can cause fork seal leaks, damping loss, damage and increased friction.
Shock service (off bike) When you ship in your shock
What we do: Complete disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of shocks and internals. Replace Shock Shaft Seal, Piston Bands, O-Rings, polish chrome shock shaft and reassemble with Nitrogen Re-Charge. Upgraded Shock Spring, Gold Valves, Lowering are available upon request
Why we do it: Proper operation of your shock depends on proper clearances, clean oil, Proper Nitrogen Charge. Contaminated oil increases wear on the shock internals and decreases damping function.
